running day 1

not bad at all. the running work out i found is do-able. i thought i was going to write something like "omg...i r dieng now!!!!11one!" but it felt good. i liked the constant run/walk changes and it felt like i had a real goal of running, rather then just being on the damn thing for 20 min.

here's what i'm doing this week (3 times a week)

Brisk five-minute warmup walk. Then alternate 60 seconds of jogging and 90 seconds of walking for a total of 20 minutes.

so that was today, and then i'll be going again on wed. and fri.

that's it!!!

hahah okay so i started school and so far i'm liking it. i'm taking maya ( for 6 hrs on sat. 10-4) and a life drawing class ( tues. from 2-8pm) the life drawing has a butt load of homework ( that's the suck part) but the drawing is interesting. it a far different aproch then what we got a sheridan. it's a costumed modle that we draw from ( 5 min poses) and we are encouraged to push the pose further and add things to the drawing. for eg. the modle it wearing a dress and is holding her hand out to the side. i can add a purse to the drawing and draw a guy going to take the purse from her. or a model takes a pose and our teacher will call out " now draw the modle as if he is a centaur. it's pretty flippin cool.

i got the other CD's to the Boards of canada. i have to say they are awesome!!! if you get a chance to pick one up do it!! doooo iiiitt!!!
i also got a roots sweater (wootage) and gift certificate to any spa of my choice ***coughglenivycough**** stuffs from fruits and passions....my favoite smelly store.....aaaaannnnd stocking stuff like chocolate and junk. oh! and i almost forgot. my nanny (grandmother) made slippers.....sigh i loooooove them :)
